Texas state government alone contains a myriad of agencies that all promulgate rules and regulations your businesses are regulated by — it doesn’t just stop with the legislation and the statutes.

When the Legislature needs to know how a proposal impacts retailing, TRA is there to tell them. When the State Comptroller is considering a new rule on sales taxes, she asks for TRA’s comments.
