Texas Retailers Association Political Action Committee 
Endorses Governor Rick Perry

“The Texas Retailers Association Political Action Committee (TRAPAC) is proud to be listed along with a number of other Texas trade associations in endorsing Governor Perry for re-election,” stated Gary Huddleston, Chairperson of TRAPAC. Governor Perry has demonstrated a strong commitment to limited government and market-based solutions that has served Texas well. Under his leadership, Texas has led the nation in creating and attracting new jobs and promoting a strong and diversified business climate in challenging times. Additionally, Governor Perry has consistently reached out to the retailing community to listen and respond to our unique concerns.

Texas Retailers Association would like to acknowledge Senator Kay Bailey Hutchison for her valuable service in the United States Senate. However, Governor Perry’s record of leadership and responsiveness as governor warrants our support. Therefore, the Texas Retailers Association Political Action Committee proudly endorses Rick Perry’s re-election as Governor of Texas.
